This policy applies to Kisaan360 for Android, package com.kisan360.app, published by Tanzil ur Rahman. Kisaan360 provides farming guidance and record-keeping tools for adult farmers. An online account is optional. The app does not display advertisements or sell personal information. You can sign up or sign in with email and password and choose to back up your farm profile.
Your optional profile (name, phone number, village, district, crop preferences, land area and irrigation method), farm ledger, reminders, livestock records, chat history and offline drafts are stored in the app on your device. The profile name, phone number and ledger are not automatically uploaded. A personal Gemini API key, if you choose to supply one in Settings, is stored on the device and sent only to Google to authenticate your AI requests.
If you create an account or sign in, your email address and password are sent over HTTPS to Supabase Auth. Supabase stores your account identifier, email address and a protected password hash, and processes security and session information. The app stores a session on your device so you can stay signed in. Never send your password to support.
Only when you explicitly consent and press Save to cloud, your name, phone number, village/tehsil, district/province, land area, crop choices, irrigation and land details, family worker count and farm preferences are stored in your private Supabase profile. Row-level permissions restrict it to your account. Restoring a profile requires confirmation before replacing the local profile. Your ledger, reminders, livestock and complete chat records are not included in this backup. Supabase processes account/profile data on our behalf; it is not sold or shared for advertising. Account data is retained until deletion is requested.
When you request an AI answer or crop-photo analysis, your question, selected photo or recorded voice note is transmitted over HTTPS to our AI service hosted by Supabase, then to Google's Gemini API. Requests also include selected farm context such as district, province, crops, land area, irrigation method and a weather note. Photos are resized before transmission. If you supply a personal Gemini key, requests are sent directly to Google instead. AI features are optional; local record-keeping does not require them.
Our AI handler does not write questions, recordings or photos to its application database. Google processes submitted content under the Gemini API terms and Google Privacy Policy. Depending on the service plan, Google may use submitted content to improve its products. Provider retention and processing are governed by their terms. Do not submit confidential personal information. Speech dictation and spoken playback may also use services supplied by your device or browser.
With your permission, the app uses device location to choose the nearest supported city locally. It sends the selected city's coordinates, rather than your precise GPS position, to Open-Meteo for weather and regional soil estimates. You can select a city manually and decline location permission. District information may also be included in AI requests. See Open-Meteo's terms and privacy information.
The app creates a random device identifier for AI usage limits. Our AI service stores daily request counts against that identifier and a keyed hash of the network IP address, with cleanup after approximately one week. Supabase, Google, Open-Meteo and Cloudflare receive network information such as IP addresses when handling requests and may maintain operational and security logs under their own policies. We use HTTPS for these services and do not embed private server credentials in the app.
You can open the reporting control beneath an AI answer or photo-analysis result, select a reason, and submit it inside the app. Only the displayed answer text (up to 6,000 characters), reason, feature name and submission time are saved for developer review in private Cloudflare storage. A random report reference is returned. The original photo, voice recording and complete chat history are not attached. An answer may contain information you included in your question, so review it before sending. Reports expire automatically after 30 days. Network addresses are used transiently to limit abusive submissions and are not saved in the report. Reports are used to investigate unsafe or incorrect output and improve content safeguards.
Use the in-app Privacy & Data screen to delete local records, chat history, the personal Gemini key and the app's device identifier. You can also clear the app's storage through Android settings. Deleting local data does not retract content already processed by service providers or delete a previously submitted report. To request early deletion of a report, email tanzeelsam@gmail.com with its report reference. Contact the same address for other access, deletion or privacy requests.
To request deletion, email tanzeelsam@gmail.com with the subject “Kisaan360 account deletion” from the email address registered to your account. You can also start this request inside the app through Account → Privacy & Data → Delete account. No app installation or login is required to use this web request path. Do not include your password.
After verifying that you own the account, we will delete your Supabase account and associated cloud farm profile within 30 days. The account will no longer work. Clear local app data separately using the in-app controls or Android settings; signing out alone does not delete local farm records. AI abuse-limit counters expire after approximately one week and AI reports after 30 days; supply a report reference to request earlier report deletion. Service-provider security logs and backups may follow their own retention schedules.
Microphone permission is requested for optional voice features and location permission for optional nearby-city selection. Crop photos are chosen by you. You can revoke permissions in Android settings. The app is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Contact us if a child's information has been submitted.
